                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE 7800
                   BLOCK OF HOLIDAY HILLS CIRCLE, BEING ON THE
                   NORTHWEST LINE OF HOLIDAY HILLS CIRCLE
                   NORTHWEST OF HOLIDAY HILLS DRIVE, FROM R-1
                   RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO R-2 RESIDENTIAL ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
                A tract of land located in the 7800 block of
                Holiday Hills Circle, being on the northwest line
                of Holiday Hills Circle northwest of Holiday Hills
                Drive.  Lots 83, 84, and 85, Holiday Hills
                Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat
                book 22, page 30, ROHC; being the properties
                described as Tract 2 in deed book 3902, page 542,
                ROHC.  Tax Map No. 129K-Q-11, 12, and 13.
               
         from R-1 Residential Zone to R-2 Residential Zone.

              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
